With the increasing demand from drivers for more eco-friendly alternatives, it’s no wonder that the popularity for electric vehicles is growing. To answer this call, in recent years car manufacturers have risen to meet this demand by creating and releasing electric and hybrid models for environmentally conscious consumers. With the budding EV market, it is more important than ever for buyers to know everything they can about the options available to them. Two of them being the Kia NIRO and Hyundai Electric.

With their shared Korean origins, it is not surprising that Kia and Hyundai are bound to be compared to one another, and might be two of the choices consumers have to decide between when purchasing. Here, we’ll compare the 2025 Kia Niro EV Wind and the 2025 KONA Electric N-line.

The 2025 KONA Electric has four trims in total, the S, SEL, N Line, and Limited. The 2025 KONA Electric N-Line has a starting MSRP of $38,375. Its EPA-estimated range is up to 230 miles and a combined EPA-estimated MPGe of 103.
