Jackson KIA has great customer service, I had an oil change just the other day and when I got home notice a small oil puddle of oil the next day called Jackson KIA the next business day they got me in immediately and found a faulty oil filter O ring. Service was top notch and I was in/out with in 45 minutes. Extremely pleased with all the service staff and how they handled my issue. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Dealership very nice and clean. The service agents are very professional and know their stuff clean waiting area with free snacks is a bonus. I would recommend this dealer. Not to sound old, but rock music playing throughout the dealership a little draining but good service, good mechanics with a real Kia parts.

Drove up 3 1/2 hour from Miami in a blinding rainstorm and back to buy my KIA Sportage Hybrid EX from JACKSON KIA. Honest people, I live in Orlando my Kia broke down fri night on i95 this was the closest Kia dealer to have it towed to. They called me back and had the whole engine replaced in 8 days on a recall 100% free. Best car buying experience ever. The salesman, Ron Mobley, was exceptional. He was very professional but personable at the same time. He listened to our needs, took action and my son and I left with a new Kia Soul. Never once did he make us feel pressured, that we weren't being listened to, or that we didn't matter. She even assisted with order of replacement key fob and touch up paint pens for our vehicles! I drive nearly an hour to come to this dealership! I’m treated with great respect as a customer, the service is as explained to me, the waiting area is comfortable and the refreshments are a nice touch. Clean, happy & comfy place to wait, even with my golden retriever. Dave always takes great care of me, and I get a nice car wash. Everyone is so kind, and make me feel like part of the family. Oh, and did I mention … I love my KIA Sorento hybrid plug-in!

Service was very good at Jackson Kia and Thomas was great on timely communication and follow up.Help me out with rental car etc. However, it took 10 months to figure it out what was wrong with Sorento Hybrid " refill coolant invertor" issue was keep popping up on dash board.. First I was told it was software issue then found out that some part needed to be change.and lucky me , my car was the first one the issue was taken care of..Obviously Multi billion dollar company KIA head quarter/engineers could not figure it out and support ...

Good service but still same style car dealership. I just do not understand why dealerships can not just be up front.
For one thing they were closer than the other dealership and I like that. They were friendly funny and kept me up to date on everything that was going on with my car. I even like the snacks.
