We bought a used 2017 Ford on March 15, 2024. I evaluate the selling company on the basis of the outcome for us. We dealt with salesman Eric Smith and with Dylan Heiring. Smith was very honest with us and that suited us very well. Heiring was a very smart person with encyclopedic knowledge of a variety of brands of cars. Drove up 3 1/2 hour from Miami in a blinding rainstorm and back to buy my KIA Sportage Hybrid EX from JACKSON KIA. Honest people, I live in Orlando my Kia broke down fri night on i95 this was the closest Kia dealer to have it towed to. They called me back and had the whole engine replaced in 8 days on a recall 100% free. They didn’t try to sell me a car or xx me on the repair just straight got to work fixing it and doing all the paper work for the recall. Best car buying experience ever. The salesman, Ron Mobley, was exceptional. He was very professional but personable at the same time. He listened to our needs, took action and my son and I left with a new Kia Soul. Never once did he make us feel pressured, that we weren't being listened to, or that we didn't matter. He gave us 100% total customer service. Everyone at the dealership was so professional, personable, not over bearing and just a staff of people who seemed to love what they do. Super easy to schedule appt online for service. Maia was wonderful with outreaching with updates and if needed assistance. She even assisted with order of replacement key fob and touch up paint pens for our vehicles! Vehicle was ready as promised and key left at information desk, since we had to pick up our Niro after 5:30 pm when service dept was closed. Thanks so much!!

I drive nearly an hour to come to this dealership! I’m treated with great respect as a customer, the service is as explained to me, the waiting area is comfortable and the refreshments are a nice touch. Clean, happy & comfy place to wait, even with my golden retriever. Dave always takes great care of me, and I get a nice car wash. Everyone is so kind, and make me feel like part of the family. Oh, and did I mention … I love my KIA Sorento hybrid plug-in!

Service was very good at Jackson Kia and Thomas was great on timely communication and follow up.Help me out with rental car etc. However, it took 10 months to figure it out what was wrong with Sorento Hybrid " refill coolant invertor" issue was keep popping up on dash board.. First I was told it was software issue then found out that some part needed to be change.and lucky me , my car was the first one the issue was taken care of..Obviously Multi billion dollar company KIA head quarter/engineers could not figure it out and support ...

Good service but still same style car dealership. I just do not understand why dealerships can not just be up front.
For one thing they were closer than the other dealership and I like that. They were friendly funny and kept me up to date on everything that was going on with my car. I even like the snacks.

I've taken my car in for service and have always gotten great results. I regularly get Dave as my service advisor. He is great. Keeps me informed of whatever issue and my options & upfront costs. I've had 3 visits this year and the shuttle was a lifesaver. I waited at the dealership once, other times I used the shuttle.

I was there for a recall service on my Kia Sorento and was taken care of at my appointed time. There were comfortable seating areas to wait. Everyone was quite nice. I was presented prices for new tires and found the prices to be much higher than the same tires at the tire dealers.

I was very pleased how patient the staff was with all of my questions. I also was very pleased that I wasn't pressured into buying the car. I bought it because I wanted it. Many dealerships have pressure sales tactics. Jackson Kia didn't and that is what kept me at their dealership. I had walked away from others.

The service I received was amazing. The only reason I only gave 4 stars is when I called to make my appointment I informed them my tire had a nail on the side and would have to be replaced. I got there early and sat for almost an hour before they informed me they had to order the tire. I left my vehicle there and went home. They got the tire around 3pm and told me it would be done by 4pm. I got there at 4:30 and still had to wait another 1.5 hours before they finished it.
